John has been the owner and founder of Blue Ribbon Residential Construction since 1996, and with all his years of working on projects, he never gets tired of hearing “I don’t know why I waited so long to do this project!” from satisfied customers. John and his family have been in Wake County for 32 years. John is a part of the community, formerly a member of a local Rotary Club, serving Rotary as an Assistant District Governor, and a member of the Home Builders Association Remodelers Council holding many different positions. When he isn’t helping customers create the spaces they dream of, he is an amateur photographer, specializing in landscapes, birds in flight, and the day-to-day activities of his grandchildren.

We picked Blue Ribbon because of John Devlin, he came into our home, my wife and I explained to him what we would like to do, he took notes, and explained the manner in which Blue Ribbon operates.
