Holly Springs Project Update

We have passed all of our inspections and the insulation went in today. One more inspection (insulation) and then on to sheetrock. During the home show, Sally stopped by the booth and told me that she wants to upgrade the ceiling in the new sunroom to metal panels. I visited with the vendor at the show and they have some very nice products. She made the decision just in time because the ceiling of the sunroom now has to be 5/8″ plywood in lieu of sheetrock. This should be one of the finest features of the new room. She also told me that she thinks she found a granite countertop for the modified kitchen – She chose a red vein product which will really offset the newly redesigned kitchen and add some Pop and Wow. New project photos to be posted after the sheetrock is installed. This is a pretty exciting time in any project. In most cases once sheet rock is finished we are 4-5 weeks from completion but the kitchen cabinets may delay that somewhat.
