Ø If you are looking for a good vendor for a small project on your home, please visit the website for our updated preferred vendor list. All of these great businesses have passed our rigorous background investigation and have qualified to be used in all of our projects.
Ø Blue Ribbon recently joined the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). Their website has a plethora of information for consumers about remodeling.
Ø Energy Tax incentive – the economic rescue package includes enhanced tax credits for energy efficient (green building) home improvements through 2010 but why wait? Energy efficient windows, doors, HVAC systems, insulation, and similar projects qualify. Call for details. If you do improvements now you will win two ways – tax incentive as well as lower energy bills. We were just interviewed by Remodeling Magazine regarding likely impact of the tax incentive on home owners and remodelers. My personal feeling is that the impact will really be great.
